I see no story here, just recycled cruft from old stories posted months and years ago. Perhaps it is because Linux Planet insists on trying to popup windows that Firefox rightfully blocks. Perhaps LP should just place adverts in the page instead of foisting half-baked attempts to use 1990's-era popup window scripts. Breaking News! This isn't a Linux Planet article anyway. It resides at InternetNews.com, and there's still no story. Here's the correct link: http://www.internetnews.com/special/index.php/7801 |

Just a conglomeration of links and an attention getting title. Almost like someone posted their research/reference stuff in lieu of actually writing an article. Well, atleast in the discussion of whats worst about professionalism in online journalism we now have a reference for 'bottom of the barrel'. So some good did come from it after all. |

I am sorry for not checking it out like I should have, it is my fault. I have changed the newswire posting to reflect the correct website and link to the 'article'. Scott |

No need to be sorry, Scott. I didn't mean to seem like I was attacking the messenger. Most of us here appreciate your efforts to keep LXer articles coming in, even if some of them are a bit lacking. Thanks for all you do. |
