I am actually using MPD as a source to IceCast2. Vorbis sounds better than MP3. It is cool because I can add things onto the end of the items queued to play, move them up to play next, create play lists, etc. I am using phpMp as the primary control mechanism, and it is very nice and easy to use. |

I use IDJC ( http://www.onlymeok.nildram.co.uk/ ) to feed our icecast2 server at the church since I have to switch between playlist and live quickly. |
