The threat of a court battle should be enough. Microsoft can outlast lamost anyone. |

That would have gotten peals of helpless laughter in my last IT job, where all the Windows licenses were personal editions on personal laptops brought in by employees who were responsible for their own maintenance tasks (by my ultimatum).
