Nice machine! But, what are those four round knobs on the front for? From the picture they look like turning knobs to increase/decrease the speed of a harddrive or something. That can't be right! |

That's the fan controller. The knobs control the speed of the 4 fans in the fan bar. The display shows the speed of the fans and the temps of the temp sensors. You can see a couple of the sensors in the pics. Sensor 1 is on the left side of the rear drive cage, 2 is on the heatsink of the stick of ram closest to the front, 3 is on the left side of the cpu heatsink, and 4 is on the left side of the front drive cage. |
