Say it isn't so!!! There must be some mistake! Microsoft is a poor, benevolent, standards-compliant company, only interested in the good of the public! How could anyone accuse them of monopolistic practices? I'm shocked. Shocked I tell you! (And if you believe that, I've got some land I'd like to sell you.) |

I'll trade you that land for a bridge ;-) |

Sorry Sander, I have not yet agreed to terms on my leasing a fraction of the infra structure I control on the East Coast of the U..S. So please back off for now until we agree on our transaction. Remember I only lease, no sale. So you are my representative just like SCO was to Novell on Unix. Same deal understood? YBT |

[serious tags] Sorry I am NOT going RTFA, however, this might not be as clear cut as presented. For instance, MS is already in a sticky situation with the EU on this very issue due to past behaviour. Has everyone forgotten the discussions on how MS might be forced to offer a listing of potential browsers upon loading the OS? I do not remember that being resolved or disappearing. Another factor, the Register will always push snark over the facts not that I find that overly troublesome, but some people get confused. YBT |
