nikkles, I had a similar problem when I tried using Scott's link. Mostly blank screen with an obvious background color, however, at the top there was text saying it could be clicked to avoid what I took to be an advertisement. Using Firefox and extensions many advertisements are blocked. That did not work, so I I used the options button at the bottom right to allow temporary scripts for Linuxmag.com. Then there were requests for cookies (two to three eventually) to which I allowed conditional approval (for the session). Finally I checked other links that lacked scripting permissions to see if I could identify one that was required and closely aligned with the site. None seemed obvious. At that point I was ready to simply say I had the same problem, however, closing the option window the article appeared. It might just be allowing the cookie, the limited scripting being allowed and waiting sufficient time for the page to appear. If the article interests you sufficiently, you might try same method. For me, it was testing the link I exited immediately after a cursory glance. YBT [serious tags on this one] |
