I dont think so, I'm uncertain how they can relicense the content without the express permission of the original and all subsequent authors on any given piece. IIRC that is/was one of the minor sticking points when the discussion for the Linux kernel and GPL3 were tabled. The major sticking point being Linus hollering with a thundering yop "No".

There's a clause in the new Free Document License that allows this. There have been quite a few stories about this. The FSF is working with the Wikimedia Foundation on this one.
