My experience is that Linux-on-flash will continue to boot in the same time frame boot after boot after boot, remain stable, fast and virus free. Windows will do the opposite. Many might even opt into the free app(lication)-in-a-browser cloud crowd. So how much brain power will it take to realise and recognise the difference then? Question is at present: how easy it is to upgarde the Linux-on-flash and perhaps in future, swap it for a (completely open source community) version of your choice? |
