to get Linux developers laid off. I'm sure Roy will have details soon. |

That's strange - I think I smell sarcasm all of a sudden... |
azerthoth Feb 24, 2009 12:45 PM EDT |
Sarcasm .. from dino? never ... not in a million years, I am however still chuckling. |

Microsoft does stand to gain much from the 787 billion porkulus package. They're going to take all of our medical records and send them to government computers. Then they're going to start telling doctors which treatments they may / may not proscribe. |

Dino NEVER jokes.. unless he's joking..;-) By the way good one Dino, and I am already surprised that Roy's take has not surfaced. But since I told him I could not post his articles without proper reference material he has been very very quiet. Scott |

Quoting: I could not post his articles without proper reference material Geez, a guy just can't win. ;) |

Having standards just makes everything harder. Stupid Standards.. ;-) |
ColonelPanik Feb 24, 2009 2:50 PM EDT |
Not having standards makes everything harder also. Don't PANIK, lower your aspirations. |

heh, that brings to mind one of my favorite demotivational posters. "If at first you dont succeed: sky diving is not for you" |
dinotrac Feb 24, 2009 5:15 PM EDT |
az -- I'll remember that. OTHOH -- Sky-diving may be safe compared to medical care with Microsoft calling the shots. Blue screen of death, the sequel. |

Quoting:But since I told him I could not post his articles with proper reference material he has been very very quiet. And it hasn't been because he's properly referencing his work either. |

> And it hasn't been because he's properly referencing his work either. This thread will be a primary source. Everybody smile, :^) |

> Blue screen of death, the sequel. Sounds like a good intro to a zombie movie. After all, that's what a significant percentage of Windows PC's are. |

Quoting:This thread will be a primary source.Won't that bring about the heat death of the universe? Lxer.com: Faster and cheaper than the Large Hadron Collider. |

Gnarrr, feel the LXer power! We split atoms for breakfast and recombine DNA for fun! |

Quoting:Gnarrr, feel the LXer power! We split atoms for breakfast and recombine DNA for fun! Darn it Carla, those are very important LXer secrets your just throwing out there for the world to see.. do you realize that most people will not understand and think we can botox their genes or split the universe in half or some such?!?!? LOL!!! |
caitlyn Feb 25, 2009 2:08 AM EDT |
This is why Iran and North Korea can never be permitted to have LXer.com :) |
dinotrac Feb 25, 2009 7:12 AM EDT |
Scott - Pot and Kettle, man. Sure, Carla let loose with a big one, but your Freudian slips are nearly as bad. How long will it take an asstute reader to figure out that we've nearly perfected the Buttox treatment to let people wear tight jeans again? And surely somebody will catch on to our ongoing efforts to turn the Milky Way into a gated community, keeping out universal riffraff. All thanks to you, pal. All thanks to you. |
caitlyn Feb 25, 2009 3:50 PM EDT |
All your secrets are belong to us! |
tuxchick Feb 25, 2009 4:18 PM EDT |
Buttox....die.....*thud* |

Quoting:Sure, Carla let loose with a big one, but your Freudian slips are nearly as bad. Just cause I'm good at..and they are pretty good huh?..doesn't mean we can just open the floodgates of LXer secrets to the uninitiated.. I'm just digging a deeper hole aren't I? |
dinotrac Feb 25, 2009 5:15 PM EDT |
>I'm just digging a deeper hole aren't I? You think? |
NoDough Feb 25, 2009 5:15 PM EDT |
>> I'm just digging a deeper hole aren't I? No, not at all Mikhail... errr... Scott. |
gus3 Feb 25, 2009 10:56 PM EDT |
TC let loose with a big one? I thought I smelled something... |
KernelShepard Feb 26, 2009 10:12 AM EDT |
I'm afraid to even touch this one... but I must thank dinotrac for a good chuckle ;-) |
