At 3.0.6 on Firefox and Suse 11.0, Moonshine works great for me and Firefox seems fine.

Wonder if the Moonshine installer does a less than complete job of handling dependencies? If so, I could see getting a segfault when the player tries to use a library that isn't there.

In the meantime, I'm enjoying the fact that it works.

Yea, it seems to just be a Mozilla xpi plug-in, so I don't think that allows it to pull in any extra libraries. Presumably it either statically links or else it simply hopes the necessary libraries exist on the system ;-)
