Of course the NYTimes is a leading tech publication. The article in the times seems to talk more about Saint Mark's lifestyle than Ubuntu. And still, no one can wrap their head around the idea of giving away software. Or giving away anything. It is not the 1980's "ME" world anymore. |

Ashlee Vance is a snarky gossip columnist. I'm surprised that someone as media-savvy as Mark Shuttleworth would do an interview with Vance, it's like asking to be mocked, and to get the important facts wrong. |
