IBM may be open source friendly but they sell a lot of Windows licenses. Relying on the F/OSS IP union to protect you is like relying on the United Nations to protect you. They make a lot of bold statements but when battle starts and it's time to get involved they tend to fall apart into a bunch of bickering individuals with conflicting goals. It's like telling the schoolyard bully that he can't touch you because your big brother will make him sorry. We all know how those situations end :D |
