I shudder to think of the vote-counting irregularities that will ensue in the upcoming U.S. election if these machines are used. Until there are machines that are open and there is a guarantee the votes are counted accurately paper ballots should be used and counted by hand like we do in Canada. As I've said on this forum before, Elections Canada knows how to run federal and provincial elections with minimal problems. I expect this to continue for the next federal election - October 14th. |
