I doubt it Caitlyn, most kids can't find the U.S. on a world map let alone know the significance of what happened that day. |

BTW, getting back to the actual topic here- it's interesting that Ohio Fest continues to grow, while after this year's Linux World everyone was wailing "Linux World failed because Linux is now commonplace and dull!" Mmmkay. That kind of reasoning reminds me of the famous Babbage quote:Quoting: On two occasions I have been asked, 'Pray, Mr. Babbage, if you put into the machine wrong figures, will the right answers come out?' I am not able rightly to apprehend the kind of confusion of ideas that could provoke such a question. Lost in all the noise were vendors and visitors who said they were tired of the price-gouging. |

I will say, that if I had had to pay the $500 or so to attend that being press relieved me of, it would have made my trip to San Francisco and LinuxWorld almost impossible. Yes, not paying the $500 just to get in made that big a difference. |
