Considering that most of the people who would try chrome would be people who are already comfortable with alternate browsers. I doubt your typical IE user is going to suddenly decide to try Chrome if they haven't tried alternate browsers before. |

ME TOO! I had exactly the same thought. In fact, one of the early, early reports had Chrome taking user-share from IE, and I found that more suprising than Chrome taking user-share from Firefox. |

I could see it taking share from the Windows users experimenting with IE8, as well as the firefox crowd. |
