No, she also doesn't like any version of Windows, or Mac, or any other Linux, She doesn't like the idea of computers at all. They are all fearsome beasts, and she won't touch them. |

Has she ever played a video game? Including games with a computer is probably the #1 approachability assist. My dad can't type worth spit, so word processing and anything else involving typing is right out, but he loves his optical mouse. He won't use anything else to play Solitaire. No trackball, no eraser-head, no touch pad. If not for that mouse, he wouldn't use a computer at all. But now he knows that, even if he doesn't understand what's happening beyond the screen, he isn't going to break it by looking at it wrong. |
