For an entity that wants to finish the battle, SCO's lawyers sure are doing a lot of obfuscating and stonewalling in the courtrooms. |

I think that, besides the possibility of being "paid off" to drag things out (i.e. all the possible MS influence), they are really trying to get to a Jury trial to play the "We're just a poor little local company here in Utah fighting the Big Mean IBM Company" card. |
