I would have expected every other state to do this first

This comes as a complete surprise to me. My feed back from various Queensland state members, of all political persuasions, was that they are not only not very interested in FOSS, but they don't actually know what they are not actually interested in. Queensland seems particularly wedded to Microsoft and proprietary software products. |
