There is ORD for O'Hare and MDW for Midway...no CHI...(spoken as a former resident of Illinois).

...Because O'Hare was built on the site of an orchard. Orchard => ORD.

CHI has two radio designations, both Chillicothe:

WCHI is in Chillicothe, Ohio.

KCHI is in Chillicothe, Missouri.
