Use Kubuntu to download PC Linux OS:
http://www.pclinuxos.com/index.php?option=com_ionfiles&Itemi... Burn and install, making your changes. as root at the command line in PCLOS issue the command: # mklivecd new.iso And that's all folks! You can get fancier with other options by learning more with the command: # mklivecd --help while I'm not a regular user of PCLOS, I highly recommend it(especially to hp and compaq notebook owners), and have found it the easiest distro to use in making custom live cd's. http://www.pclinuxonline.com/wiki/RemasterLiveCD |

I am a regular user of PCLOS and I do openly and to all who will listen recommend it. LOL! |

Scott, I'm not a regular PCLOS user because I'm comfortable with debian. There are many fine distros that I don't use regularly, but recommend often. Sometimes I want to demo a web app, and the most consistent way I have been able to do it is to cut a live cd with the app, server and database already set up. Its a nice way to demo the power of Linux as well. |

PCLinuxOS is pretty nice as a live CD, especially on my 1 GB machine ... |
