just a few days ago i was trying to handle a graph large enough that my machine could not cope with it, it ate up all the 2GB of ram and quite same swap space and brought the machine to a crawl.

i have been searching for alternatives, and i guessed that opengl would help, but somehow i used the wrong keywords and found nothing useful.

then this posting comes along, and tulip saves the day. literally, thanks!

greetings, eMBee.

That happens a lot at Linux.com. They staff must be psychic or something. A while ago I was stuck finding a way to generate reports. Linux.com happens to post a bunch of articles about the OOo report generator and JODReports. A while later I was stuck finding a way to check some website for changes. Linux.com posts an article about Specto. I was looking for a way to listen to my music collection and Linux.com posts about mpd. Etcetera, etcetera. It's really creepy sometimes.
