See! See! I told you so- it's all a question of manners. By making blunt, crude statements like "Microsoft trashed the ISO, and bullied and bribed their way to getting OOXML approved" we just offend people and lose all credibility. It is better, politer, and more effective to phrase it like "OOXML is a boon to mankind. Well done." Then they actually listen and we win.
