License issue?

I dunno, perhaps because once the 30 days is up a user is supposed to pay for a license? Simply having it freely downloadable doesn't give someone the right to bypass their license.

However, I could be missing something in their licensing that does allow the proprietary bits to be shared with anyone you wish. Is that the case?

Or do you mean why should we pay $25 for a copy of the source code for the open source parts? In that case, I fully agree. ;)
