Good idea. Could be done in any country, cheap.
The concept: Take the mountain to Mohamed. A group of presentable
Linux Guru's (not always the same people) travel around and push
Linux/FOSS. The team will: Give talks about Linux, Free Software and Open Source Install Fest Present videos and materials about Linux/FOSS Hand out free CD's and have material for sale (books?) Where? The usual suspects of course Universities Tech schools Non-profits Business and industry Government offices Seems like a well planned road-show. They send out advance materials for promoting the gig and bring swag to lure the unwashed and disenfranchised. The Colonel dusts off his passport while looking for that old backpack. |

They are welcome to tour out here, unfortunately Australian isn't as accessible a language as Spanish. |
