I was at the Honolulu Botanical Garden with my Rolleiflex TLR when the groundskeeper told me the camera was too big, I could maybe make a photograph I could sell. I asked him if he thought restraint of trade was a good idea or if this was America and the First Amendment applied. He was clueless, so I just went back to the car and pulled out a Zeiss Super Ikonta B, which is a compact folding camera that has the exact same film size. |

I went scurrying back to my legal dictionary for the precise term to describe this situation. Turns out, it's freakin' nuts. |
