And yet where are the headlines that read: "Ballmer Thanks Linux For Infringing Fewer Patents!" What a marketing campaign we could have: "More code! Fewer Infringements! More Taste!" I swear Tony Soprano is based on Steve Ballmer. The only people that get shafted worse than his enemies are his friends. |

I think that's "More Code!" "Fewer Infringements!" "No, MORE CODE!" "FEWER INFRINGEMENTS!" etc. |

Or how about: Ballmer is just making it all up as he goes and the decline in numbers is random not a trend at all. |

>Or how about: Ballmer is just making it all up as he goes and the decline in numbers is random not a trend at all. Well, he does use Excel... |

OK, this one is funny: On the same 9 october there has been talk on different websites with different numbers of patetns infringement by Linux. In my 'timeline', 9 october 2007 is related to 153 infringements, on the same day BBC talks about 228 infringements, and on the very same day the Dutch site Tweakers.net talks about 107 infringements. That, looking at Dino's statement can only mean one thing: Excel is flawed, but its random generator is surely working. |

I think they're just counting the hairs on Bomber's head. Ok, now _that's_ a TOS violation! |
