For all those who want something portable and affordable I recommend checking into the asus eeepc. While it is not able to compete with the heavier laptops, it will fit the needs of many in my opinion. I have a desktop to do all the things I need, but I would like a laptop to keep up with emails, news, updates.. etc.. and the asus eeepc 701 will do just that. http://event.asus.com/eeepc/ http://support.asus.com/ http://www.eeeuser.com/ |

I was seriously considering one, but the shipping date keeps slipping and the price keeps going up. At $200-250, it's reasonable, at $300 and up I'm better of with a $400 Acer laptop from Walmart. |
