Definitely a good move on AMD/ATI's part. If this finally results in a stable and decent performing driver for ATI chipsets, I will start considering them again instead of insisting on nVidia chips. I've never liked having to use nVidia's proprietary drivers, but unfortunately right now they are pretty much the only way to go and get something that works for my needs. |
