to answer the question: i am not interested in articles that are unreadable if you don't know the acronyms used. it would have taken little for the author to spell it out just once at the beginning.

as it was i found the article completely unreadable until i looked up what SOA might stand for. (it appears to be Service Oriented Architecture)

greetings, eMBee.

Silly, you can figure it out from context. The articles says it is about Homogenous Governance, which obviously has to do with putting gay people into positions of power. So I'm all for it.

I think it should be BOA: Buzzword-Oriented Architecture.

Ten things you need to know about SOA http://www.regdeveloper.co.uk/2006/11/22/soa_checklist/ however the fact that it stands for service oriented architecture is apparently not one of those 10 things.

SOA stands for Start Of Authority. A Resource Record (RR) type.

Just setting the record straight.... :)

In Dutch SOA stands for "Sexueel Overdraagbare Aandoening". You english folk probably know that blurb of letters as STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease).
