And the loser gets to serve two terms as LC leader! Seriously, Linuxchix is a great organization, thanks to the excellent leadership of women like Deb, Jenn, and now Mary. It's a classic FOSS-style community- decentralized, distributed, and driven more from the ground up than the top down. Both women and men are welcome, and I especially encourage geek or wannabe-geek women to come check it out. |
