I can't find a revision date on this page. Based on version numbers of browsers mentioned, failure to mention Firefox etc, I suspect it's rather old.

I'd say you're right. Not only that, it gave MSIE use at over 90%, and nobody does that anymore. It's been no more than the 80s for a long time now, even by the most IE friendly statistics.

That wouldn't be so bad if it didn't contain a rather glaring error: It presumes that statistics providers equate gets with users. There may be some out there, but most are smart enough not to count each get of an image, icon, etc, as a user.
