what difference does it make what the LPI says about the expiry of certifications? doesn't the employer decide how to value your certification? if i decide to hire you based on an expired certification, the LPI is not going to stop me. and if i think that your certification from last year is not current enough then they are not going to change my mind either. in fact i don't like certifications. i'll ignore them if you mention them on your CV but if you wave them in my face in the interview you'll be a no-hire. i guess with the expiration you might have a problem with advancing to higher levels if you do it to slowly, but that's about the only real issue i can think of. greetings, eMBee. |
