I view MS and its posturing as a bully who is being ignored. As the article implies its a waving of a legal saber. FUD...And the article is on about RH. Its trying to make the data center move away from anything RH. Soooo... When I see MS related articles. I usually pass by them because its really become vapornews to me. I have lost all interest both good and bad in MS. What I can feel is a future of true open standards, software, or methods. Hopefully, hardware will become even more open as things change. A recent Popular Science article had an Open Standards Home project in addressing the practice of building an efficient home that's affordable and easily maintained. It has shown me that proprietary methods are no longer wanted and open methods are impacting many industries and just changing the way business will be done. |
