Maybe this will add a little push to some vendor and government sites, at least, to conform to a few standards. http://www.w3.org/WAI/

It sounds nice, but I'd like to know more on how it works. I noticed my site gets bumped to the lower regions of the search results in Google Accessibility. I consider my site pretty accessible. It's all standards complient HTML and CSS and even works great in text browsers like lynx.
