Yes, got it, tried it. Its fine, but it is not fast. You want fast, especially on old hardware, do a debian install with enlightenment, xfe, gnumeric, abiword. Stay well away from gnome, nautilus, kde and all their works. On a k6 with 64mb I gave up after 10 minutes. On a 2G processor with 1G memory it was fine, but it was not fast. Not knocking PCL. One of the finer first user distros around. But nothing with kde is what you would call fast... |
