Judge Cooke, from MS Ireland, seems prepared to find any excuse available to attack the Commission and release Microsoft from any significant restraint on, or penalty for, their abuses. Looks like it is shaping up to be a repeat of the deal cut between Microsoft and its ally, the MS DoJ (formerly U.S. DoJ). |
