I worked at IBM when Lou Gershner took over. Over night we went from Blue suits, white shirts, conservative ties and lace up shoes to looking like the folks at Apple. I mean the change was remarkable. people wearing tee shirts with holes in them and worn out jeans. The dress code is not limited to Linux folks. I am disappointed in him. But then again what can we expect from a guy who doesn't file travel reports (bah ha ha ha ha). |

The article's giving me a sudden flash of someone showing up to a board meeting in loafers and a bathrobe. I can't fathom where people get the impression that clothing isn't simply *situation* appropriate. :) |
