I followed the link to the article at http://www.economist.com and was disappointed not to find a talkback section. It's symptomatic of the old media to act as if their words are printed on holy sanctified murdered trees and no capability exists for informed readers to educate uninformed journalists. Still, following a link from an opinion posting that's critical of bad journalism is some satisfaction, though I doubt they know how to read their Apache logs. |
