7:31 AM EDT 		Now this is what I'm talking about! A great idea and only the beginning.

They should take some notes on what Firefox has done. What Firefox has done for browsers, ODF can do for office applications.

Of course Microsoft will not be supportive nor our will own government(U.S.).

The biggest obstacle will be Microsoft's attempt to fracture the file formats so that it will not matter if it is Open Source or not, XML or ODF.

Being the masters of fine print that they are. :-)
