Every year will be a new record. And if Linux is in "third place for the first time", just what is this 4th server operating system that was until just last quarter more popular than Linux and is neither Windows or UNIX? Is either BSD or NetWare really that popular on new servers? |

It would have been interesting to see the Unix+Linux versus Windows breakdown as well. Unix share is dropping so how much of that drop is going to Linux and how much to Windows? |
