I'm not sure about the licensing scenario, but doesn't their license only allow the parent company control over their portion of the copyrighted code? |

They're a dual license company. Now, we will see what that means in terms of an acquistion of an unfriendly company. And any one doubting Oracle as an unfriendly competitor needs a history lesson. |
