I am very excited about the improvements, in part because they are not radical. KDE has matured enough that new releases bring refinements, useful new features, overall improvement in utility and performance -- but no shaking earth. That's the way good things are. |

Just wondering - the review states that Kopete can do Yahoo and MSN webcam messaging while Kopete's site (kopete.kde.org) sounds much more sheepish about this (e.g. it mentions "Yahoo webcam receive" item on its roadmap). Which is true? If the latest Kopete can do this then I'd venture to build KDE 3.5 from the source instead of waiting for 3.5 to appear on Debian. |
