This seems like a problem that is bound to happen sooner or later. It is an inherent problem in depending on running the Windows drivers in a kludgy wrapper under Linux. The better solution is to get rid of the defective wireless card(the defect being lack of adequate documentation needed to write real drivers) and get a better nic. The rev 1 version of that same nic works great under Linux and I bet it will keep working great. They show up on ebay for about $20(which is about the same price as the Linuxant software).
