so if I'm reading this right, If the courts tell them it's illegal to wiretap, they will wiretap anyway? My, isn't that interesting. |

You're reading it wrong, thought that doesn't necessarily mean that you are wrong... In this case, the court defeat he refers to is the effort to block the FCC order. In the absence of a specially-built backdoor, they will have to wiretap by other means. |
