The FSF didn't go after them for monetary damages, but simply to come into compliance with the GPL. Sounds like just another protection racket to me. |

This was because FSF is interested in compliance not monetary gain. Juxtapose this with SCO or some of the companies that ex MSer Myhrwold is involved in. |
