And Magistrate Wells has clearly signalled to SCOX that she's also quite ready to cut to the chase right now. Granted she gave both 10 additional depositions, but she (a) didn't give them any more time to do them in and (b) didn't give SCOX the tons of additional discovery they were demanding. |
