He says: A 2004 study of Linux, the kernel of the GNU/Linux operating system, found that it infringed 283 different US software patents. But, I believe, this was entitled as FUD, because the real outcome was, it MIGHT infringe that many patents. Only S.Ballmer said it really did, until now, RMS says the same as Ballmer! That's a mistake, ain't it? |

Sounds like one to me. Actual infringement is a legal question. |
