are still in development. Sourceforge could clean out what percentage of those projects because no one has touched the code in any form for years? |

Almost all are indeed in development. However, those that get touched a lot do get better -- -- it's a Darwinian system. Also 'cleaning out' untouched projects would be a bad move. Untouched code is proof positive of a false path, a journey no one else should take. |
