problem during HA-OSCAR installation

hai,
i have successfully installed the oscar-3.it was working well with two compaq pcs.but when i tried to install the HA-OSCAR it was giving an err or. the error looks like this the haoscar installer already appears to be running etc..... will u please guide me where the might be,if anybody has encountered with this error |
