Fortinet willfully and maliciously violates a license for a piece of Free Software, that is called "the industry having troubles to adjust to the world of collaborative software development" *sniff* If I would make an illegal copy of a piece of non-free software, it would be "piracy" and would "fund terrorism" (according to UK movie ads).

Ooooh, the poor sods in the industry with their army of lawyers, can they not understand a simple software license like the GPL? Does someone have a handkerchief for me? It truly must have been the devil who wrote such a malicious document and made so many software developers choose to license their preciousss Intellectual Property with it.

And no, nobody should ever use Free Software and not comply with the license, you might get sued. Here is some news for you Mr. Shankland: You should never ever kill anyone, you might get put into jail or even sentenced to death. It's time to get your act together.
